Boyne Harborview sits directly across the street from the Harborage Marina, with a good view of Lake Charlevoix. It is a spacious home — comfortable for a large group — and within easy walking distance of downtown Boyne City.
The home is made up of two connected units, each with its own entrance. The main unit faces Front Street, directly across from the marina, and includes a first-floor living area, large kitchen, full bath, and one bedroom — with a second floor featuring the primary suite, an additional bedroom, full bathroom, and a family room. The second unit, accessed from Elm Street at the rear, offers three bedrooms, a loft, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a living area with water views.
